Embsay Juniors footballers newly kitted out thanks to support from Kingsway Veterinary Group Ltd.
Youngsters playing for Embsay Juniors FC U12 team in the Craven, Aire & Wharfe Junior league, are being sponsored this season by Skipton’s long established veterinary practice, Kingsway Vets, who have donated training tops, to the enthusiastic young players.
Bob Pettit a Director at Kingsway Veterinary Group said “This was a great opportunity to give something back to the Embsay Juniors FC, as they have been very supportive and encouraging with my daughter’s development in football. They are a fantastic group and it is obvious that they love playing the game as a team. It is a pleasure to be able to provide them with their brand new tops this season.”
Launched over 15 years ago, the popular and friendly club now has over 120 children who meet and play football regularly. Last year the club received a Respect award by Craven, Aire and Wharfe Junior League for the positive and respectful attitude of its young players, coaches and supporters.
Jo Dixon, Child Welfare Officer for Embsay Juniors said ,“A huge thank you the team at Kingsway Vets for the financial support to us this season enabling us to provide our under Under 12s with fantastic new training tops.”
