Two respected life coaches in West Yorkshire have combined their skills to offer a unique two-part workshop for women to learn tips for handling the pressures of balancing work and home-life.
Katrina explains “Jenny and I often encounter women who find they can’t think straight, relax or attend to their own physical or mental needs and who can’t seem to find the strength or resources to improve their situation. We have pooled our respective areas of expertise to offer a solution.”
The workshop developed by the two coaches is designed to address issues such as stress, guilt and other negative forces which often impact on women’s lives. It provides the tools and support for women to take charge of the direction in which they are heading with seven positive tangible steps.
Jenny Cooper reassures women considering taking part in the 7 Stepping Stones workshops that the sessions are informal and confidential, with no need for anyone to disclose or share personal information to the group unless they wish to.
Limited remaining places are available for booking onto the February and March sessions until 23 February, with other workshops scheduled for later in the year for those who wish to register interest.
